2. Services Provided

360 Degree offers online courses, recorded/live video lectures, study materials, and related learning services.

• Access may be free or paid depending on subscription plans.

• Features and content may vary depending on your plan.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

• Use the App/Website only for lawful purposes.

• Maintain confidentiality of your account login details.

• Not share, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

Misuse of our platform (e.g., cheating, hacking, piracy, impersonation) may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases covered under our Refund Policy (see Section 5).

• Subscriptions are time-bound and must be renewed before expiry to continue access.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.

• No refunds will be processed after 24 hours.

• Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, study materials, graphics, and branding belong to 360 Degree or its licensors.

• Users are granted limited access only for personal learning purposes.

• Copying, recording, sharing, or distributing our content without authorization is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that:

• The App/Website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• Course outcomes will meet your expectations.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Account Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

• Breach intellectual property rights or misuse content.

9. Communication

By registering, you agree that we may contact you via email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app messages regarding:

• Important account updates.

• New courses, offers, or promotional communications.

You can opt out of promotional messages anytime.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan courts.
